2020 Chairman Rick Sedberry
Loan Officer
Movement Mortgage

A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Rick has lived and worked in Hammond for the last seventeen years. He received a Bachelors of Science in business from the University of Phoenix. Rick has worked in the mortgage industry for over nineteen years and currently serves as a loan offier with Movement Mortgage. He is a past president of Tangipahoa Economic Development Foundation and past recipient of the Mother Seton award. Rick and his wife Jennifer live in Hammond with their daughters, Madison and Kaylee and dogs Sasha and PJ.

Incoming Chairman Lindsey Palmer
Director of Property Services
Stirling Properties/Hammond Square

Lindsey Palmer joined Stirling Properties in August of 2006 and currently serves as Director of Property Services, managing many levels of support for the company’s Property and Asset Management Divisions. She has over 13 years of property management experience in commercial power and strip shopping centers, Class A & B office buildings and development finance.

In her role, Mrs. Palmer is responsible for overseeing the hiring, training and supervision of Stirling’s Property Managers, as well as property services support and maintenance staff. In addition, she manages the day-to-day operations of multiple retail, office and storage facilities throughout the Gulf South region.
She played an instrumental role in the development/redevelopment of some of Stirling Properties’ premier projects, including Hammond Square Shopping Center (Hammond) and Fremaux Town Center (Slidell).

Born and raised in Tangipahoa Parish, Mrs. Palmer is actively involved in the Greater Hammond Chamber as a board member and supports several Hammond-area organizations.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water with her husband and young daughter. They currently reside in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, and are also the owners of a local area business, MAP Tractor Works.

Treasurer Kristin Spano Braud
Pedelahore & Co., LLP

Kristin Spano Braud is a lifelong resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She and her husband, Dean, have two young boys, Myles (7) & Brady (5). She enjoys watching her sons play baseball and attending sporting events.

Mrs. Braud is currently a senior accountant with Pedelahore & Co., LLP. For the last 10 years, she has worked closely with small businesses and individuals to improve their operations and maintain tax compliance while working together to minimize tax liability. Kristin has extensive experience in both tax and accounting.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2009, where she was a top graduate. Mrs. Braud is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor specializing in closely held businesses.

Mrs. Braud is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the Private Practice Sector of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She currently serves as a Greater Hammond Chamber board member and as the 2019 Treasurer. She also serves on the finance committee at St. Joseph Catholic School and participates in various community activities.

Glen Alack
Alack Culinary Superstores

Glen Alack is long-time Greater Hammond Chamber member with his family owned and operated, Alack Culinary Superstores. He served as an Advisory Board Member during the 2019 year.

During his time with Alack Culinary Superstores, Mr. Alack has expanded into the restaurant business himself holding interest in Charlie’s Restaurant in Springfield and the newly opened Streetside Market in downtown Hammond, among others. In addition to his restaurant ventures, He also has experience as a general contractor and provides food service consulting.

Born and raised in Hammond, Mr. Alack attended Holy Ghost Catholic School, is a graduate of Hammond High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. He is a past president of Northshore Home Builders Association and a member of City Club of Hammond.

Mr. Alack has one daughter, Ashlyn, and enjoys hunting and being on the water.

Tracy Randazzo
VP of Strategy and Outreach
North Oaks Health Systems

An 8-year veteran of North Oaks Health System, Tracy Randazzo joined the community-based hospital organization on October 31, 2011.
Ms. Randazzo brings more than 30 years of health care experience to North Oaks, with a background in business development, program management, marketing/PR and health care consulting. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX.

As VP/Strategy and Outreach, Ms. Randazzo is responsible for leading North Oaks’ award-winning marketing/PR/communications team, volunteer services, pastoral services, strategic planning and government relations. She was honored as North Oaks’ Leader of the Year in 2016 and as a North Oaks Champion in 2017.

Ms. Randazzo is a member of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and has served as chair of the Greater Hammond Chamber Governmental Affairs committee for the past two years. An active Rotarian, she currently serves as Secretary for the Hammond club, where she was recognized with a Paul Harris Fellow award for outstanding service in 2016.

She and her husband Will met in middle school in Michigan and have been married 40 years. They unabashedly adore their son Dylan and wife Sara, who reside in New Hampshire, and daughter Gabrielle, who lives in Tampa, Fl.

Morgan Seale
Senior Account Executive

Morgan Scherer Seale was born and raised in Hammond. She attended Holy Ghost Catholic School and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas. Morgan received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Louisiana State University where she was a member of Kappa Delta serving in various leadership roles. She went on to receive her MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University. Morgan has been employed with Lamar for ten years and is part owner of Covey Rise Farms where her husband, Grady Seale, is managing partner. She and Grady have two daughters Halle and Kennedy.

Sarah Sheridan
Insurance Coordinator
First Guaranty Bank

Sarah Sledge Sheridan is First Guaranty Bank’s Insurance Coordinator and she is responsible for the insurance needs of 26 of their branches throughout Louisiana and Texas. She is a cum laude graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and a native of Hammond, LA.

Serving the community has always been one of her passions. In 2013, Sarah became an ambassador for the Greater Hammond Chamber and has also served as the Growth Coordinator for the Hammond “Trade Wins” chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).

Sarah is married to Brett Sheridan and has an amazing daughter named Juliette. In her free time, Sarah enjoys gardening, volunteering at her church, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends at their camp in Manchac. She also loves attending Southeastern Louisiana University football and softball games.

Gabe Willis
Dean of Students
Southeastern Louisiana University

Dr. Gabe Willis became a member of the Southeastern family in August of 2013 serving as the currently serves as Academic Advisor in the Center for Student Excellence where he worked to challenge, engage, and grow young freshman minds. During that time Dr. Willis cross trained in the Office of Student Conduct; serving as a Student Conduct Hearing Board member and chairperson. He went on to being named the Director of Student Advocacy and Accountability where he worked to increase his involvement and productivity at Southeastern. He currently serves as Dean of Students and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, where he oversees the Campus Assault, Response, and Education Team (CARE)

He has also spearheaded the University’s early alert system, The Lion Intervention Network or LINK. Dr. Willis has lead and served on a number of committees including, the Alcohol Use and Education Advisory Committee, University Policy on Hazing, and Student Opinion of Teaching Survey (SOT) Committee.

Dr. Willis is a native of Waveland, MS. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. He later earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. Willis continued his educational journey at William Carey University where he completed degree requirements for a Specialist in Education in 2012 and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration in 2015.
