Corporate Level (46+ employees) - $900
Executive Level (31-45 employees) - $600
Business Level II (16-30 employees) - $450
Business Level I (1-15 employees) - $300
Organization (Nonprofit 501c(3), Government Office/Agency, Churches, Schools) - $200
Individual Level (non-Business) - $100
